42nd Annual East Tennessee Crank-up, nestled in the mountains of beautiful Upper East Tennessee.
Thanks to the East Tennessee Antique Engine Association, scores of these mechanical marvels are preserved and operated. Modelers of railroads or any early Industrial Age scene should find these artifacts fascinating. I did when I visited the 42th Annual East Tennessee Crank-Up, June 6th – 8th 2013.
This year featured:
Shingle Mill
Gas Engines
Rock Crusher
Steam engines
Grist Mill
Diesel Engines
Working oil Well/OIL Field Engines
Wood Turning and Wood Working equipment
Mill Engines Tractors
Slide Valve Engine
ENGINES FROM 1/2 HP TO 120 HP TWIN CYLINDER!
Check back as I am weaving together a video to supplement these stills!
